The sight of a barefoot and disheveled white woman in Sangotedo, Ajah, Lagos State, has stirred concern. The woman, dressed in a sleeveless top and skirt, appeared to have red marks on her body and was holding a cigarette. Onlookers gathered to observe the disoriented woman on the evening of Jan. 20. A video capturing the concerning scene has been shared on social media.
