American television reporter of nationality White, of American ethnicity, was born in 1968 in Los Angeles, California, United States. He has a sister and they were both raised by their mother who divorced their father when they were still children.
Young Berlin was enrolled in a local school in his hometown where he later graduated. In 2002, Tony studied journalism at the Poynter Institute, where he later studied political science at Occidental College, as he was interested in journalism. He earned a bachelor’s degree in local political science before working as an intern at PBS News Hour, while pursuing his master’s degree at American University’s Graduate School of Communication.

Tony Berlin’s professional career began when he joined the ABC morning show: Good Morning America. From his very first appearance on the show, he won the hearts of millions of Americans and became quite famous in a short time. His work at ABC was followed by his role as a reporter on WHIO-TV in 1995, where he worked for three years before joining WCCO-TV.
