The talented actor was born Timothy David Olyphant in Honolulu, Hawaii on May 20, 1968. His parents are JV Bevan and Katharine Olyphant. His father was vice president of production at Gallo Winery. Olyphant’s parents moved to Modesto, California when she was two years old.
At a very young age his parents were separated and went on to remarry other spouses. He has two siblings, an older brother Andrew and Matthew, his younger brother. The famous actor is of mixed ethnicity (Russian-Jewish, Scottish, Dutch, German and Irish) and also belongs to the Vanderbilt family in New York.
Olyphant completed his undergraduate education at Modesto’s Fred C. Beyer High School and later attended the University of Southern California.
