Chloe was photographed sharing a passionate kiss with Manuele on her father, Sir Philip Green’s £118 yacht in the South of France on Saturday.
Manuele is the CEO of Royal Yacht Brokers. His successful business has a number of celebrity clients including Chrissy Teigen and Madonna.
Chloe and Manuele have reportedly been friends for years. Manuele has a daughter from a previous relationship.
Chloe ended her engagement with Jeremy Meeks in June 2019 after a two-year relationship. They share a 2-year-old son, Jayden.
