Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have sold their former house in Beverly Hills!
The power couple unloaded their home for $16.8 million after moving out of the house back in August 2020. The property was previously listed for $24 million last year and a deal fell through to sell the house. Now, it has sold, according to the New York Post.
The 8,520 square foot house was purchased by the couple back in 2016 for $14.1 million, so they still made a nice profit!
“It features 33-foot ceilings, a sculptural staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping canyon views while bespoke teak ceilings from Thailand, cerused oak floors steel-rolled clay walls exude sensuality,” real estate agent Marshall Peck told the Post. He added, “It is hands down the most beautiful home in Beverly Hills.”
The home features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
