BIOGRAPHY
After dropping out of college to pursue an acting career, Robert Patrick took a job as a house painter, moved from Ohio to Los Angeles, California, and worked in a bar to supplement his income and even lived in his own car. He starred in several direct-to-video television films before landing the breakout role as the shape-shifting liquid metal villain T-1000 in James Cameron’s hit film Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991 ) . After that, he landed roles in several films such as The Last Stand (1993), Fire in the Sky (1993) and Striptease (1996). Robert also had a presence on television: he had a regular role in the sixth season of HBO’s True Blood and appeared in the final season; He played the lead role of Cabe Gallo in the series Scorpion from 2012 until its end in 2018, and had a supporting role in the first season in Robert Rodriguez’s From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series (2014). In 2019 he plays the role of Captain Perry in The Laundromat , a film starring Meryl Streep, Gary Oldman and Antonio Banderas about the Panama Papers.
