Prince Harry, who is currently in exile, expressed his willingness to move from his home in California, US, to Tokyo, Japan, where he would be happy to live. The Duke of Sussex, aged 38, revealed his affection for the country and its culture during his speech at the International Sports Promotion Society (ISPS) Sports Values – Summer Edition summit in Tokyo, Japan.

He told the audience, “I’ve been involved in many charities for most of my life and I get a huge amount of fulfillment giving back to as many people as possible. My life is charity, always has been, always will be.”

“Your warmth, your compassion, your generosity, every single element of the Japanese culture is really unique and very, very special,” he added. “I noticed it on my first visit four years ago when I came for the Rugby World Cup. And I would happily live here if you’d have me.”

Harry also praised Japan’s cuisine and expressed his fondness for “the most incredible Kobe steak, both for dinner last night and lunch today.”

“Thank you for your hospitality. I have really, really enjoyed being here in Japan again and I’m looking forward to my next visit,” he said.

While on his trip, Harry’s wife Meghan Markle remained in California with their two children: 4-year-old Prince Archie and 2-year-old Princess Lilibet.
