The Super Bowl is on Sunday and local sportsbooks have been busy all weekend.
Some people arrive bright and early to secure seats at the sportsbook while others have called weeks in advance to secure party rooms.
"I have people come in real early, six or seven in the morning trying to camp out and get their spots. So usually, we have a lot of people that come in really early and they claim their spot for the day but once they leave and the party doors open up, there's a really big opening and people can come find a seat," said John Haines, director of the sportsbook at the Peppermill.
Haines also said that he expects it to be a full house for the majority of the day, and although it will be hectic, he says that him and his staff enjoy the environment.
Haines also advised people that are betting on the Super Bowl to do so sooner rather than later, as the lines can get pretty long right before kickoff.
