Elizabeth Camabge scored 53 points and set a WNBA record back in 2018. She lead the Dallas Wings to victory at a 104-87 victory over New York Liberty. Cambage scored 15 free throws and the rest she scored through field plays.

Scoring the 50 point mark in an NBA game has been done. It is even expected of the better players to score that much. However, when it comes to the WNBA players it is not that easy. Two women have accomplished it so far. Riquna Williams became the first woman to score 50 points on September 8th, 2013. The second woman was Liz Cambage who score 53 points in 2018. Cambage scored 15 of her 16 free throws that game.
