Molly Morris Obituary, Death – Molly Michelle Morris, age 37, passed away at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home on the morning of Monday, October 9, 2023. Molly Morris, the daughter of Dan and Juli (Krull) Morris, was born on September 24th, 1986 in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Her parents’ names are Dan and Juli. Cedar Falls High School bestowed upon her the diploma.

Upper Iowa University conferred upon her the Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources degree. Molly had a passion for life and for all individuals, and she spent her professional life working with a diverse group of individuals, including those in need of physical treatment, software engineers, and the elderly. Molly’s door was always open since she valued the time she spent with her friends.

Her favorite things included inviting people over to her house for get-togethers, cooking, gardening, traveling, being in nature, playing trivia games and crossword puzzles, the color orange, and asking people about their favorite part of the day. Oh, how we are going to pine for her! We shall always hold dear the memory of her independent nature, which was also kind, gentle, and loving.

Molly is survived by her parents, Dan and Juli, of Cedar Falls; her brother, Taylor (Danielle) and their daughters, Rosie and Charlotte of Cedar Falls; her brother, Riley (Lauren) and their sons, Arlo and Odin of Cedar Falls; her sister, Claire Morris of Cedar Falls; her grandmother, Alvira Morris, of Cedar Falls; her grandfather, Don Krull of Cedar Falls; and a number of devoted aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Her older sister, Meggy, as well as her grandmother, Betty Krull, and grandfather, Sid Morris, passed away before she did. Over the course of the Christmas holiday, there will be a get-together to honor Molly’s life and legacy.
It would mean a lot to our granola girl if you took the time to plant a tree or some other kind of plant somewhere in the world. Molly’s name can be remembered through donations to the Cedar Valley Hospice, Hope City Church, or a charitable organization that supports equine-assisted rehabilitation.
