May Edochie relays how security officials prevented Yul Edochie from entering their former marital residence



In addition to filing a divorce petition against her spouse, Yul Edochie, and demanding a sum of N100 million from his second spouse, Judy Austin, May Edochie has also requested a restraining order to prevent him from accessing their former matrimonial home.

May Edochie, who is being represented by Femi Falana and Eculaw group, provided an update on the couple’s marital crisis, indicating that Judy and Yul have knowledge of the legal action as they have received copies of the lawsuit via email.

The mother of three has sought a court order to prohibit Yul from entering the former matrimonial home, citing concerns for her safety and claiming that the movie star has been displaying erratic, irrational, aggressive, and increasingly threatening behavior.

She alleged that Yul behaves as if he is “under some influence, the full extent or scope of which we are yet to ascertain”.

May recounted an incident where Yul was stopped from entering their home by security officials last week, who informed him that all issues regarding their marriage and related matters are now under judicial consideration. The mother of three, who tragically lost her son a few months ago, has taken measures to safeguard herself and her children.

Yul has now been advised to consult a lawyer, if and when he chooses to hire one, and follow the guidance of such a legal professional.

May Edochie allegedly files N100m lawsuit against Judy Austin

Reports circulated on Tuesday that May Yul Edochie has filed a N100m lawsuit against his second wife, Judy Austin.

The mother of three, who has already filed for the dissolution of her marriage to Yul, is taking Judy to court for engaging in an extramarital affair with her husband.

According to reports, when May filed for divorce against Yul, she also included a charge of adultery against Judy.

The report stated that Yul and Judy are not legally married, despite presenting themselves as husband and wife on social media. Until May and Yul are officially divorced, Yul cannot legally marry anyone.

May is reportedly seeking N100 million in damages for the affair, which has caused her significant loss.

The report further added that Judy and Yul, who are aware of the petitions against them, are evading them.

May Edochie initiates divorce proceedings against Yul Edochie

NewsNow Nigeria reported last month that May Edochie has commenced divorce proceedings against Yul.

According to Linda Ikeji’s blog, May has taken steps to dissolve their 18-year marriage.

The now mother of three and her lawyer reportedly visited a court on Monday, July 11th, to submit a petition against Yul.

The reports also claimed that Yul has rejected the petition, causing a delay in the commencement of the legal proceedings.

In addition, Instagram blogger, Gistlover, alleged that the court has awarded full custody of their three children to May Edochie and also granted her full ownership of their mansion. The court reportedly warned the actor to never approach the mansion and disturb his first wife.
