Matilda De Angelis is an Italian actress and singer, born on September 11, 1995, in Bologna, Italy. At the age of 13, while studying at Enrico Fermi High School, she approached the world of music and learned to play the guitar, in addition to which she began to compose songs. Her talent was evident, so at the age of 16 she joined the band Rumba de Bodas, where she was the vocalist and with whom she recorded the album Karnavol Fou , in 2014. Shortly after one of her performances with the band, the director Matteo Rovere met her and, because he was looking for a non-professional actress with a particular dialect, he offered her the lead role of Guilia in the film Italian Race (2016), a film that became her professional debut as an artistic performer. Her performance was well received and the experience was rewarding, so Matilda continued to develop her career as an actress with films such as Youtopia (2018), Divine (2020) and with series such as The Undoing (2020) and Leonardo (2020), among other.
