BIOGRAPHY
While she dreamed of being a sports teacher, Maëlle Mietton landed in the theater world thanks to her aunt, who took her to the Avignon Festival since she was very young. At the age of 8, she created Le Club du roi des gags with her friends and organized public performances for the sketches she wrote. After a literary baccalaureate with a theater option, it was only natural that she continued her training at the Dijon Conservatory of Dramatic Art and then at the Cours Florent in Paris.
After landing a few roles in short films and commercials, the actress returned to school in 2002 by joining the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Art Dramatique de Montpellier. With this experience, the young woman flourished on stage. In 2014, she founded M is for Magic, her theater company, with which she created numerous shows.
The same year, Maëlle Mietton debuted on television with an appearance in an episode of Candice Renoir then in the mini-series La Promesse du feu . It was in 2018 that the actress became known to the general public as Alice Bastide in the hit series Un si grand soleil .
