Kristin Kreuk – Organic
Somehow, Kristin Kreuk’s plans went off the rails. Kreuk, the eldest daughter of two landscape architects, Peter Kreuk and Deanna Che, originally planned to study forensic science or psychology before becoming an actress. She was born on December 30, 1982. Although she identifies with Canada, when she was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Kreuk’s ancestry and ethnicity are a mixture of Dutch, Chinese and Jamaican descent. . As she continued to film Edgemont, which was set in her school in Vancouver, Kristin continued her process of becoming an actress in her own right. After taking care of one of the most important parts of it, finding an agent, she landed a role in another TV production, a TV movie called Snow White: The Most Beautiful Of Them. all. After playing Snow White, Kreuk played Tenar in the sci-fi channel Earthsea.
All of Kristin Kreuk’s early roles came in handy for her new career and education until her agent sent her audition tape to the writers of Smallville. Although the series was still scheduled to shoot in Vancouver, Kreuk had to travel to Burbank, California for a final meeting with the writers.
She was still an active part of Edgemont so she filmed other projects, but she ended her story on Edgemont and focused on Smallville. Kristin spent five seasons on Edgemont and was a main character in Smallville for seven seasons. She played Clark Kent’s (later to become Superman) first love interest on the show. The actress left the series for good in the 8th season.
After leaving Smallville in 2008, Kristin Kreuk joined Chuck, an NBC show as a recurring character for a few episodes. On Chuck, she played a computer programmer who worked at the Buy More Computer repair station. She was also a brief love interest of the main character, Chuck (Zachary Levi).
Since her Chuck days, she has starred in other TV projects like Ben Hur, Beauty and the Beast. She is currently starring in a lead role on a CW show, Burden of Truth. The show began airing in January 2018 and was renewed for a second season on the network. Although her career was heavy on television, she did not enjoy the same success in cinema. She has credits to her name in films like EuroTrip, Bulkhead, Street Fighter : The Legend of Chun-Li, Vampire, Milkshake from Space, and Irvine Welsh’s Ecstasy.
In addition to acting, Kreuk partnered with Rosena Bhura to bring a production company to life called Parvati Creative Inc., she was also the spokesperson for Neutrogena, a cosmetics brand.

She’s not one to put her personal life in public, however, Kristin Kreuk has been known to have a long-term relationship with Mark Hildreth, the Canadian actor. The two have been together since 2004 when they met and started dating. However, they took a long hiatus of over 5 years and then reunited in 2010. There are currently no rumors of an engagement or marriage but fans suspect it is coming soon especially as the two are currently in life situation.

She and her Smallville co-star Allison Mack were an integral part of it. However, she came out to downplay the extent of her involvement in said cult’s activities, saying she thought it was more like a self-help group, which is why she joined the group. She also clarified that until she left the group in 2012, she had never witnessed any illegal activities. The actress currently lives a quiet life in Toronto when she’s not filming episodes for her show Burden of Truth.
