Kourtney Mary Kardashian also known as Kourt is the firstborn of the famous Kardashian family, dubbed by most as the most controversial family in Hollywood. Kourtney was born on April 18, 1979 to an Armenian-American father, Robert Kardashian and an American mother, Kris Jenner, of Dutch, Scottish and English descent.
Kourtney earned a degree in theater arts from the University of Arizona. She got her first taste of fame appearing on E! The reality show “Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive” before joining his family’s “Keeping Up The Kardashians” group, which originated on the same network. Besides being a TV personality, Kourtney is also a fashion designer and entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, Kourtney, along with her mother and sisters, owns several fashion and fragrance lines, including Smooch, which primarily deals in children’s clothing, and DASH.
Kourtney’s equally popular siblings include Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Rob Kardashian, while her half-siblings from her mother Kris’ marriage to Caitlyn Jenner now include models Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
Kourtney has also built her own family. her on-and-off controversial relationship with Scott Disick, which ended in July 2015, produced three sons, Mason and Reign, and daughter Penelope.

After losing weight after the baby for her first child Mason, Kourt revealed that it was even harder to go through the process the second time around after having daughter Penelope. “It was harder to lose weight the second time around. I gained 45 pounds with Penelope. The socialite confessed.
In March 2015, a few months after giving birth to her second son and third child, Reign, Kourt revealed that she weighed 120 pounds. By April, she had lost 14 pounds to weigh 116 pounds. But it didn’t stop there. Miss Kourt was determined to shed even more pounds and she managed to drop back down to 102 pounds.
Kourtney has a personal trainer, Don Brooks, to thank for her rapid post-baby fat loss. She started working with Don Brooks, who is also training Fergie and Will.i.am right after having her second child, Penelope.
The magic routine Kourt confessed to E! News it carries by is called Don-A-Matrix Method. Don Brooks, creator of the method tells E! in an interview, training is organized like a game. In its definition, “The Don-A-Matrix method is designed to resemble a sports game format consisting of four quarters. Each trimester includes 3 sets of two different exercises, combined with periods of rest or relief after each trimester. “
Don Brooks also said that the workout lasted between 45 minutes and 1 hour and that Kourtney trains between 3 and 5 days a week!
“The board is a favorite,” Don Brooks told E! he continued “but we take it to another level by opening and closing the legs like scissors while lifting and dropping the hips! So not only are you strengthening the core, but you are also synchronizing the hips, thighs and waist. [We also do] the trunk twist with a back row using the bands. The benefit of this exercise will give you flat obliques for abs and coke bottles while removing big grips from the back and arms. “
Now you know having a body like the hot mom of three doesn’t come easy. Along with the workout routine, Kourtney eats healthy to stay in shape. Little sister Khloe wrote about her sister’s diet on her app: ‘Kourtney doesn’t allow sodas in her house.
