Ke Huy Quan is a Vietnamese actor and stuntman, born August 20, 1971, in Saigon, South Vietnam. His family had to leave their country during the fall of Saigon and sought refuge in a camp in Hong Kong, where he was separated from his mother and three of his brothers, until, in 1979, they achieved political asylum in the United States. where he believed and studied in California. Quan began his career as a child, remembered for his role as Short Round, his professional debut, in the film Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) and a year later he was part of the successful adventure film The Goonies (1985) . ). He became interested in Taekwondo and was a choreography assistant for the renowned Corey Yuen, before announcing his retirement from the medium in 2002.
