The recent red carpet debut of Joe Manganiello with Caitlin O’Connor comes five months after he filed for divorce from Sofía Vergara. The “True Blood” actor, 46, and the “Winning Time” actress, 33, were seen together on Saturday evening, Dec. 9, at the Children of Armenia Fund Gala at Cipriani in New York City, where photographers spotted them smiling alongside each other. Images from the event show Manganiello holding O’Connor close, wrapping his arm around her waist.
Reportedly, the two met in August during a screening event for Season 2 of “Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty” and bonded at an afterparty with friends, even enjoying a jacuzzi dip together.
Manganiello’s seven-year marriage with Vergara ended in July, and since then, his romance with O’Connor has been heating up. Meanwhile, Vergara has also moved on and has been romantically linked to orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman since October. Reports suggest that she is “falling” for her new partner. According to a source, Vergara appears to be particularly happy since she started seeing Justin, and her friends believe they make a wonderful couple.
