A shocking incident involving a jilted wife, her cheating husband, and his mistress has resurfaced online after two years, with CCTV footage capturing the dramatic attack. The footage shows Christie-Lee Kennedy using her white BMW SUV to ram into her husband David Larkin and his lover Zowie Noring in Queensland, Australia. Kennedy is then seen exiting her vehicle and hitting Noring in the head. The video was initially taken as evidence in a court case that captivated Australians for months.
The video, recorded in March 2021, depicts Larkin and Noring in an embrace on a quiet street before the white SUV appears. During the trial, it was revealed that Kennedy used an app to track down her unfaithful spouse before the attack, disputing Larkin’s claim that he was picking up their kids from daycare. Although Kennedy claimed she never intended to hit the victims with her car, the jury ultimately accepted her explanation and found her not guilty on two counts of “malicious acts with intent to disable.”
Following the collision, Kennedy also attacked Noring, pulling her by the hair and striking her in the head. The incident drew the attention of a resident in the area who recounted hearing the commotion and making a call to the ambulance. In April, Judge Paul Smith sentenced Kennedy to nine months in jail for dangerous operation of a vehicle and a common assault charge, with both sentences suspended. Moreover, Kennedy was ordered to pay $5000 Australian dollars to each victim and was suspended from driving for nine months.
