Lim Jae-beom, popularly known as JB, is a South Korean artist, singer, and songwriter. He is also known as the leader of the South Korean boy band Got7 formed under the JYP Entertainment company. The boy group consists of seven members Mark Tuan, Choi Young Jae, Bam Bam, Jackson Wang, Park Jin Young, and Kim Yugyeom, including him.

The idol was born as Lim Jae-Boom on January 6, 1994 in Goyang, South Korea. He is the only child of his parents whose identity is not available in the media. When he was a child, his parents divorced due to his father’s drinking problems and then his mother remarried. He was born under the Capricorn sun sign.
