BIOGRAPHY
Haley Loraine Keeling was born on January 7, 1988 in Fort Myers, Florida, USA after spending much of her childhood in Ohio before moving back to Florida, where she studied music and performance during her high school education. In 2005 she moved to Los Angeles with her mother.
Bennett made her film debut with the role of Cora Corman in Words and Music ( 2007). The following year she was very busy, acting in Marley & Me and starring in The Haunting of Molly Hartley .
In 2015, Bennett starred in Ilya Naishuller’s first-person film Hardcore Henry . In 2016, she appeared as Emma Cullen in Antoine Fuqua’s The Magnificent Seven . She appears in the film adaptation of Paula Hawkins’ novel The Girl on the Train (2016), and played actress Mamie Murphy in Warren Beatty’s drama The Exception to the Rule (2016). Responses to the first two films were mixed, while the third was more positively received. Bennett’s performances were praised in all three. Bennett will play Saskia Schumann in the Jason Hall-directed drama film, Thank You for Your Service (2017). Bennett was cast in Terrence Malick’s musical drama film Song to Song (2017) alongside Christian Bale, but her scenes were later cut.
