Governor Brian Sandoval and the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles unveiled the new “Home Means Nevada” standard issue license plate on Saturday morning.
The new design was revealed at the Nevada Day Parade in downtown Carson City.
The plate will be available on a limited basis beginning November 1 and replaces the former standard Sunset design in use since 2001.
