Interior design blogger Sarah Jobse, from Oak and Orange, and her husband, builder Jayden Saundercock, from Better Built Homes, have sold their resort-style home at North Richmond.
They secured $3m, which had been the price expectation being offered last month by Cindy Cash at Ray White.
Set elevated within the Redbank Estate in the Hawkesbury region northwest of Sydney, the imposing Observation Close home has views back to the city skyline.

There are about 70 homestead lots which overlook 34ha of heritage-protected parklands, in the masterplanned community 70km from Sydney’s CBD.
The couple’s U-shaped, five-bedroom, cul-de-sac home was built around its saltwater pool after the 2495sq m building block cost $825,000 in 2015. It allows for the separation of the living and bedroom wings.
It was their eighth home build, with the family now in search of more room for their children.
Cash said it was Sarah’s eye for materials, textures, furnishing and fixtures, and Jayden’s practical building knowledge that made something “really beautiful”.
The couple, who have four children, had been drawn to the precinct given its larger block sizes, elevation and views to both the mountains and the city lights.
North Richmond has a $1m median house price, which is up about 5 per cent annually after 69 sales.
Based on five years of sales, North Richmond has experienced a compound price growth rate of 4.7 per cent.
