The actress was born on May 10, 1970 in Miami Beach, Florida She grew up with her parents and her brother – Bobby Consolo – she was always drawn to entertainment and wanted to explore the field as a career. Gina Philips maintained this passion throughout high school and beyond. It was during her years at the University of Pennsylvania that she decided to take a big step towards realizing her dreams.
