Former nanny to get $1.1 million Miami condo and her dog while ex-husband Donald Trump gets nothing

The late Ivana Trump’s will has allocated her $34 million in assets among her children, friends, and charity, with her ex-husband, Donald Trump, receiving nothing. The largest portion of her personal property, including jewelry and funds from the sale of her furs collection, has been passed on to her children, Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump, as per probate records obtained by Insider.

In addition, Ivana’s will has bequeathed her Florida condo, valued at $1,128,078, and her cherished Yorkshire terrier to her ‘friend and former nanny’ Dorothy Curry. Curry, who had served as a nanny to the Trump family’s children, is also tasked with caring for the surviving Yorkshire terrier, Tiger Trump.

Ivana Trump, who passed away at the age of 73, had finalized her divorce from Donald Trump in 1990. Following their separation, she remarried twice before her demise, with her most recent ex-husband being Rossano Rubicondi, who passed away in 2021.

The execution of Ivana’s final wishes, as per probate records in Miami-Dade County, Florida, has been completed. Meanwhile, her multi-million-dollar real estate holdings have been distributed among her children, with Donald Trump obtaining control over her Upper East Side townhome, a property in France, and a property in the Czech Republic.

Her Lenox Hill townhome, where she resided from 1992 until her passing, has been listed for sale at $26.5 million. The property features a columned exterior with a mansard roof and custom gold and black grilled doors.
