The pace of Chelsea’s winger Mykhailo Mudryk has come under criticism from former Liverpool star, Don Hutchison.
Hutchison believes that Mudryk’s speed is a concern and has advised the Ukrainian player to control it better while on the pitch.
Chelsea acquired Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk in January for a whopping £88.5 million.
However, the winger had a slow start at the club and failed to find the back of the net in the Premier League during the 2022-23 season.
Despite the shaky start, Mudryk has managed to score two goals in 15 appearances in the ongoing Premier League season.
Expressing his views, Hutchison stated, “Mudryk, who I really, really want to love, but it is almost like he’s too fast.
He needs to slow down,” (via The Chelsea Chronicle).
