"After 28 wonderful years on HSN, our fabulous Queen of Jeans Diane Gilman will be retiring from her appearances on our live shows next year to pursue personal passions," the statement reads.

HSN's Facebook announcement also revealed what Diane Gilman plans to do after she leaves the network. They explained that Diane would be touring in support of her new book, Too Young To Be Old. Too Young To Be Old is set to be released on November 29, 2022, just two days after her final appearance on HSN.

Diane is shifting from television to social media as she enters her 'Third Act.' This new direction is described on her website as follows: "Diane's confidence-inspiring jeans could have been enough of a legacy, but with so much vitality and energy, she's embarking on a new act – a third act."
This third act will see Diane Gilman open up about her health struggles - battling breast cancer and surviving covid-19 - indicating a slight departure from her Jean Queen days.

DG2 will continue to be available on HSN despite Diane Gilman's departure.
Sam Saboura and Sarah Timm have confirmed that they will continue to "share DG2's inspiring message, latest innovations and creative stylings on HSN."

DG2's creative director is Sam Saboura, and one of the brand hosts is Sarah Timm. They are regulars on HSN but will play a more significant role now that Diane Gilman has left the network.
