Reports are surfacing linking Juventus legend Alessandro del Piero with a move to the Saudi Pro League.
Al-Nassr has reportedly been engaging in discussions with Del Piero regarding the possibility of him taking on the role of the sporting director.
This potential move would see Del Piero collaborating with former Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr.
Sportmediaset reveals that Del Piero has already declined an offer from Juventus to join their front office, but the Italian icon seems more inclined to work with Al-Nassr.
The driving force behind the pursuit of Del Piero is former AS Roma star Guido Fienga, who was recently appointed as Al-Nassr’s Chief Executive Officer.
Currently, Al-Nassr occupies the 4th position in the Saudi Pro League standings, trailing behind Al-Taawoun, Al-Hilal, and Al-Ittihad.
Thus far this season, they have won six matches and suffered two defeats in the league.
