Darius Slay is a professional American football player who currently plays as a cornerback for the Philadelphia Eagles in the National Football League (NFL).
He was born on January 1, 1991, in Brunswick, Georgia, and attended Brunswick High School where he played football, basketball, and ran track.
Slay went on to play college football at Mississippi State University, where he was a standout player.
He was drafted in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions and played for them for six seasons before being traded to the Eagles in 2020.
