D, Hunter of the Dead is first discovered east of Stormhill Shack in Stormhill, Limgrave. He will warn the player of "them who live in death," referring to Summonwater Village's undead infestation. On your initial visit, he can also be discovered in Roundtable Hold [for unclear reasons].
To continue D's quest, players should travel to Summonwater Village and kill the Tibia Mariner boss there, then return to D at the Roundtable Hold or rest at grace and find him near the southwestern entrance in the water of Summonwater Village. He'll give you directions to Caelid's Bestial Sanctum. By traveling to the "Sending Gate" in East Limgrave, you can teleport there without having to explore.
Returning to Roundtable Hold and speaking with D will prompt a conversation choice; picking "yes" will allow the player to buy D's incantations.
A note left to you by Rogier throughout Rogier's questline references D's younger sibling and hints at his location.
You'll be requested to find the owner of a specific Weathered Dagger throughout Fia and Rogier's questline. D is the proprietor. Return the dagger to him and restart the area. D's Bell Bearing and the Twinned Set are next found in a newly opened room in the back of the Roundtable Hold.
