According to Newcastle United striker Callum Wilson, Chelsea is expected to secure a 2-0 victory against Middlesbrough in the upcoming Carabao Cup semi-final second-leg clash at Stamford Bridge.
Although Chelsea suffered a 1-0 defeat against the Championship side in the first leg, Wilson is confident that the Premier League club will ultimately advance to the final.
During an appearance on The Footballer’s Football podcast, Wilson was quoted by The Chelsea Chronicle saying, “It’s only half-time. Realistically, when they go to the Bridge, you are expecting Chelsea to come out on top, 2-0. Not many do their thing at the Bridge, you know!”
