Blac Chyna has reportedly served legal papers to Pasionaye Nguyen, her ex-partner Tyga’s mother, to seek joint custody of their son, King Cairo.

According to reports from

, the model served Tyga’s mom with legal papers as she battles with her ex over custody of their son, King Cairo.

Blac Chyna hired a process server to locate the rapper at his Los Angeles home, as per court documents obtained by the outlet.

The server went to the West Hollywood residence on September 1 and handed Tyga’s mother, Pasionaye Nguyen, the paperwork at 7:03 PM. This action allows Blac Chyna’s custody case against Tyga to proceed in court, compelling the “Taste” hitmaker to respond to her petition.

The recent development in the ex-couple’s custody battle follows Chyna’s filing of a Petition to Determine Parental Relationship in Los Angeles Superior Court on July 24.

At the time, she reportedly requested joint custody of their 10-year-old son from the court.

She also requested that, “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”
