Biography of Staci Keanan

Anastasia Love Sagorsky who chose to be called and go by the stage name Staci Keanan was born on June 6, 1975 in Devon, Pennsylvania to car salesman Irv Sagorsky and his wife Jacqueline Sagorsky (née Love).

Keanan was a bright child and showed great interest in the arts quite early. At age five, she was already a model and appeared in print, radio and television commercials and advertisements. She was in television commercials for Hershey’s Kisses and Burger King.

She then moved to New York with her mom and sister to pursue her career. Like in New York, she changed her name to Staci Love and began performing with the Summer Fellow Theater. Her first TV appearance was when she starred in the 1987 American TV miniseries I’ll Take Manhattan.

Shortly after her appearance on I’m Gonna Take Manhattan, she landed the role of Nicole Bradford on the sitcom TV series My Two Daddies which aired on NBC from September 1987 to April 1990. Between 1990 and 1991 she also appeared in the short-lived series Going Places alongside Hallie Todd, Alan Ruck and Heather Locklear.

What happened to him?

There are several explanations as to why the former child actors left in the spotlight have emerged, with some saying his passing would help him shake off the childhood stereotypes that often plague young actors who started their careers as children.

But that turned out to be nothing more than mere speculation, as her disappearance from the silver screen was just a choice she made to allow her to pursue a career in the legal profession.

According to her Step-by-Step co-actor, Patrick Duffy, he once wrote a recommendation for her to be accepted into law school. While we’re not sure what type of law she studied or practices, we’re sure Staci did indeed leave to pursue a law degree and she now works as a lawyer in Los Angeles under the name of Anastasia Sagorsky,

Staci Keanan hasn’t totally given up on her love for theater and screen as she still occasionally accepts a few gigs. In 2004, featured in the short film Stolen Poem, then in the films Hidden Secrets, Holyman Undercover and Death and Cremation in 2006 and 2010 respectively.

Also in 2010, she starred in a cameo in You Again alongside some of her Stepping Stones castmates. She also starred in the film Sarah’s Choice

It’s also worth mentioning that while Staci was away from the spotlight, she married actor and film producer Guy Birtwhistle, so you wouldn’t go wrong if you added Birtwhistle to her last name.

The couple tied the knot on Feb. 11, 2017. What we don’t know is if they still have a child or children.

She is of Slavic origin and has a sister named Pilar.

She first wanted to be a waitress.

Keanan is an animal lover – She had a cat named Scarlet and now has another named Fatty and a golden retriever Wally by name.

She is a devout Catholic and her favorite book is Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell. Staci also loves tennis and any Depeche Mode music.

Staci Keanan went to UCLA and majored in art history, she also graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2013.

The Stepper star continues to keep her personal life out of the media as she is not active on any social media platforms.
