Despite photos of Bill Gates’ girlfriend Paula Hurd wearing a ring, the billionaire and Microsoft founder is reportedly not engaged to her.
While the couple made headlines after being seen together in New York City, a representative for Gates informed TMZ that Paula’s ring is not a new addition and does not signify an impending marriage, as it is a piece she has owned for many years.
Despite the speculation about their engagement, Paula and Bill seem to be making the most of their time in the city, including being spotted leaving in a helicopter on Monday, July 17.
Paula and Bill were first linked last year when they were seen together at a tennis tournament in Indian Wells, CA. This came after Bill Gates and his ex-wife finalized their divorce in 2021, which involved agreeing to a “Separation Contract” detailing the division of their assets and money.
