Big Brother Naija alum, Angel, has addressed a Twitter user who brought her parents into her recent feud with former best friend and fellow reality show contestant, Cross.
During the reunion show, Angel revealed that she ended her friendship with Cross outside the house because he didn’t reciprocate her kindness. Cross then mentioned that he had done things for her parents, without specifying what they were.
Following the show’s airing, a Twitter user implied that Cross had given money to Angel’s parents. In response, Angel defended her parents, stating that they shouldn’t be subjected to bullying. She also disclosed that Cross and her father had collaborated on a charity project and together donated to an orphanage.
In a tweet, she said, “Are you out of your stupid mind??? Don’t try me this evening. My father and your boy did a charity case together and they donated to an orphanage. Cut that bs out. Y’all better leave my good man alone; because I will go to war for him. Y’all will bully my parents for literally nothing to fit into a narrative that doesn’t make any sense; you can drag me, but leave those amazing people out of it; it won’t fly around here. And let everyone call me angry and defensive; I do not care. Whatever narrative about me can fly but you see my parents? You will not dare label them as beggars.”
