Renowned singer Davido and his wife, Chioma Rowland, made an appearance at a family member’s birthday party in Atlanta, USA on Sunday.
Chioma’s attendance marks her first public appearance after giving birth to their twins, as reported by NewsNow.
Several social media videos capturing the event show a gleeful Chioma posing for photos with the rest of the family.
In attendance at the birthday celebration was Davido’s cousin B-Red, who recently underwent knee surgery.
A year after the tragic loss of their son Ifeanyi in Lagos, the couple welcomed a set of twins in the United States. Chioma was seen in a video being wheeled out of the hospital with their twins, beside a beaming Davido.
Davido, speaking at the United Masters Select Con event on October 15, revealed that they were both overwhelmed with emotion upon discovering they were expecting twins. He expressed, “When my wife and I found out, we were shaking, and it was in the same month my son passed. My son passed away last year in October, and my wife gave birth this year in October.”
In addition, Davido shared that the tragic loss of their son could have led them to lose faith in God.
