BIOGRAPHY
Actor and producer Arturo Barba was born on May 21, 1973 in Mexico City, Federal District, Mexico. He is an actor and producer, known for his work in Rumbos Paralelos (2016), Efectos Secondary (2006) and Yo amo a Juan Querendón (2007). In 1992 he debuted on the big screen with the film Anoche Soñé tú . In 1993 he entered the Televisa Artistic Education Center (CEA). He studied with teachers such as Hugo Argüelles, Aurora Molina, Rosa María Bianchi and Salvador Sánchez.

His career has a strong theatrical background and he has been able to demonstrate his talent in different genres on stage, as well as in film and television. He has participated in feature films such as Zurdo , Desafío and Asteroids, among many others. On television he has participated in all types of programs, soap operas, and series such as Terminales , Mujeres assassinas and El Niño que vino del mar .

He participated in two seasons of El Señor de los Cielos and in 2014 he had a special performance in Señora Acero , both projects are Telemundo narco-telenovelas. Among his latest projects are the films We’ll See and The Devil Knows More Because He’s Old, these productions were released in 2018.
