Antonio Brown, a former NFL star, was taken into custody in Florida this past weekend due to outstanding child support payments.
According to jail records, Brown was detained at 12:00 am on Sunday, October 15 in Broward County, Florida, and was subsequently released.
WPLG reported that the arrest was prompted by a warrant from the Miami-Dade Police Department, which was issued after Brown allegedly failed to fulfill his child support obligations to his ex, Wiltrice Jackson. It has been reported that he owes nearly $31,000 in child support.
Brown has not been involved in NFL activities since the 2021 season, but has found success in the music industry.
