Lachlan Elder at LJ Hooker is seeking $4m for the Bona Cres home which is described as a midcentury beach shack.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence features a large deck on an 866 sqm holding with long pontoon.
Belgiovane now has another Pittwater retreat, Iluka at Clareville.
The so-called Home And Away house – a set location in the 1990s – was bought from Mark and Louella Tuckey for $4.75m in 2019. Belgiovane recently secured approval for a $306,000 renovation to what architect Alex Popov undertook on the cottage’s initial renovation. The residence is set on 1000 sqm with a 23m beach frontage.
Through the decades, following his schooling at Campbelltown High, Belgiovane has been responsible for numerous catchy and memorable advertising campaigns at the likes of Saatchi & Saatchi, Dentsu Aegis Network and Belgiovane Williams Mackay (BWM).
Belgiovane was involved in the memorable BigPond broadband Great Wall of China built “to keep the rabbits out” father and son ad.
