BIOGRAPHY
Adriana Ugarte is the granddaughter of director and screenwriter Eduardo Ugarte and the great-granddaughter of playwright Carlos Arniches . It was mainly on the small screen that she began to make herself known, via the Spanish series Policías, en el corazón de la calle, Mesa para cinco and Hospital Central in which she obtained secondary roles. In 2008, her notoriety increased when she was selected to play the main character in the series La señora , which takes place in the 1920s. She plays Victoria Márquez de la Vega, the daughter of a rich businessman who falls in love with ‘a man from a poor social class.
