Glitters Touch, a popular Nollywood make-up artist, Adewunmi Fatai Shifau, has criticized Kemi Olunloyo for spreading false information about the late singer, Mohbad’s house.
Kemi Olunloyo, an investigative journalist, alleged that Mohbad had been settled by Naira Marley with N300 million in song royalties before his untimely death. She claimed that he had purchased a N175 million house for his business, Imonelization, and was about to buy a N40 million SUV. Kemi also stated that Mohbad had lied about renting the house when, in fact, he had bought it with CCTV installed before it was disconnected deliberately.
Adewunmi Fatai defended Mohbad by revealing that the singer had actually bought the house from her sister and it was being rented. She warned Kemi to stop spreading false rumors and even cursed her in her response.
“Aunty Kemi Olunloyo is a foolish woman, please. Did you sell the N175 million house to Mohbad when he was alive? Oniro oshi Agbaya jati jati. The house belongs to my madam/sister, and she only rented it out for them. Stop spreading fake rumors, Aunty Kemi, and all you bloggers, oniro. Always find the truth before posting. Byeeeee.”
Her statement received mixed reactions, with some supporting her and others criticizing her.
