Adama Traoré Diarra (born January 25, 1996) is a Spanish professional footballer who currently plays as a winger for La Liga side Barcelona on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers and for the Spain national team. He was born in the little village of L'Hospitalet de Lobregat, near Barcelona. His parents are Malians. He joined FC Barcelona's youth academy when he was eight years old. In 2013, he was promoted to FC Barcelona B, where he debuted in the Segunda División against SD Ponferradina. In November of the same year, he appeared in his first (and, it seems, only) La Liga game for FC Barcelona. Adama's wish came realized! In the 4-0 win over Granada CF, he came on in place of Neymar. As seen by his training regimen, the former Barcelona player does not use weights or barbells in his exercises.

"I train every day with my physical coach," he told MARCA. "People ask if I do weights or if I take anything or what I do on social media, but I don't, it's just preventive and physical training, I don't do work to build muscle because I acquire muscle pretty rapidly. No, I haven't lifted a single weight. I know people won't believe it, but it's true."
