45 visa-free countries Nigerian passport can travel to in 2024

In 2024, the Henley Passport Index unveiled the list of visa-free countries for Nigerian passport holders. This index ranks passports globally based on the number of destinations their holders can access without a prior visa. According to the index, Nigeria is positioned 95th among 104 countries with the most powerful passports.

Furthermore, the index revealed that Nigerian passport holders can travel to about 45 visa-free countries. These countries include Barbados, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, and more. The full list of countries is provided below:

The index also compared Nigeria’s passport ranking to other countries, revealing that Nigeria sits behind Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Lesotho, Morocco, Benin Republic, and Namibia.
